One of the 2012 goals for Team EPL was to compete in some kind of race every month this year. So far, we only really missed one race in June, but made up for it three-fold in July. Currently both members of Team EPL are training for September events, and laying down some base work for what it sure to be a HUGE 2013. Next on the list, a half marathon trail race followed by a 5k trail race. This weeks Web Feast features great links that provide us with the knowledge, motivation, and carbs that fuel those grueling brick workouts and long runs.
